SOMEONE HAS GIVEN ME INFORMATION THT WHETHER THE ICAI HAS WITHDRAWN GMCS COURSE NOW & IT'S COMPULSORY TO OPT FOR 3 MTHS RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM?

not yet icai made such decision..and u can conduct gmcs from Nagpur also..though ur from MP/UP.

You can attend GMCS classes anywhere in India. I did it in Bangalore (Karnataka) though I am from Orissa!
