Hi I have only a month to complete my first year of artilceship unfortunately , because of my personal pblms i am not in a position to join GMCS 1 immediately, can i do gmcs 1 even after my first year of articleship ? what if am not completed my gmcs 1 within 12 months of my articles?

to my knowledge icai not specified consequences for not completing gmcs1 with in one year but said it should be completed with in 1 years. refer below for my detailed comments on this
