30 November 2013 is there any panelty if the student has not completed his gmcs1 program with in a 1 year of articleship????????/

30 November 2013 No penalty has not been specified by Institute for GMCS, if it is not not been completed in time.

So it will be better to contact nearest Institute for the same.

30 November 2013 Yes, agreed with the expert, ICAI didn't specify the consequences for failure of complete GMCS in time specified by it.
