27 October 2010 who can give gift to HUF?
I mean can an individual or wife of individual can gift to HUF?

27 October 2010 Whether individual or wife is the member of HUF? I think , there is no restriction in making a gift to HUF, Yes there may be tax implication on gift.

What are the tax implication , is depend on the detail of gift transactions.
