A PERSON WANTS TO GIFT SOME EQUITY SHARE TO HIS WIFE .PLEASE CLEAR , IT IS TAXABLE OR NOT EITHER UNDER GIFT TAX OR UNDER INCOME TAX ACT(LONG TERM CAPITAL GAIN ) OR BOTH
