14 October 2014 An assessee has gifted shares to his/ her mother, then at what value it should be gifted? at face value or current market value??

17 October 2014 It should be gifted on the purchase value. Distinctive number will be same. For this transfer share transfer form is available in ROC office. Pls collect this.
