09 July 2010 sir wht is mean BY SET-ASIDE of order can u explain me in a simple example

09 July 2010 Set aside of an order means that the Appelant Authority does not look at the judgement of the previous authority & mostly after setting aside the direction is issued to have fresh judgement. however CIT(A) cannot do that. This is also called " Remanding the case Back".

Means "Not to consider".
