sir in as-22 there is a two different words used one is REASONABLE CERTAINTY N VIRTUAL CERTAINTY i want to knw the basic difference betweeen dat could just explain me in a simple example.

reasonable certainty refers to "more likely than not" situation, i.e. whenever there is more than 50% probability of the thing happening.
On the other hand, virtual certainty is like almost happening. If you find that there are more than 95% chance of a particular thing happening, you say there is virtual certainty.
