21 June 2010 sir wht the basic difference between law n bylaws can u explain me in a simple example

02 August 2010 Law is enacted by legislation. For example - Indian Trust Act.

By-laws are made by the registered instituion under a law for example a Trust.

The trust can make its own rules to ascertain how it will run its activities. These are called by-laws.
