GCL is very intersting subject dear Rahul. ICSI study module and 6 attempts guideline answers is more then sufficent for getting good marks in Exm.
While purusing CS; you should have interest in various laws.
After completion of CS; you have to issue corporate compliance certificate which is given only when you satisfy yourself that all the legal requirements have been complied with by the company.
To make the subject interesting, it is important to know the practical aspect of the subject.
You should visit office of one advocate who is either civil advocate or a criminal lawyer. You may visit the court also with some of your friends. I hope, you will get more ideas about the subject.
These advocates require new books every month.
The reason is to update the knowledge about the subject so that they can plead their case well.
Only half-an-hour visit will change your vision about the subject.

ONE MORE THING..........I DON'T HAVE GUIDELINE ANSWERS....WHAT TO DO....RAVI JI SAID THAT "6 attempts guideline answers is more then sufficent for getting good marks in Exm."
