Whether government school principle or doctor also considered as an gazatted officer?

Class one Govt Officer. A professor at Govt engineering college is also a gazetted officer. Excise,Customs, Nationalised banks manager, income tax, etc. are few examples

Class one officer. You need to check this with the concerned person viz. School headmaster, Doctor. The class one medical officer is definitely a gazetted officer.
