What is fuel surcharge? Why transport company charge to his client? After collecting to whom this fuel surcharge is depositing? Can as a customer we can negosiate on levy and payment of bargaining on it?

ACTUALLY Changes in fuel prices result in fluctuating costs for the transport industry, necessitating a variable fuel surcharge which may rise, fall or be removed, in line with movements in fuel prices.
