How to get rid of chronic frustration? Many times I get so much frustrated that I feel to break everything. I do not able to properly sleep at night & to concentrate on my work.

Well, This is Not Right Platform For This Question, But Though I Had One File Regarding This, Just Pasting That Whole File.
Chronic Frustration is when you relive past events on a daily basis. These events are holding you back from achieving greatness. You are their hostage! Held by the memories of those events which are stuck in your sub conscious mind. Let’s look at the three stages you must go through to cure your chronic frustration. Stage 1 – is when you are blissfully unaware of your greatness, of your ability to be more, do more, have more. You probably are not reading this blog if you are blissfully unaware. You probably do know someone who this does describe! You begin moving toward the next stage when… Stage 2 – you begin to desire more of your life. You aspire to be more, do more and have more. You begin thinking life has to have some type of meaning other than your current situation — you wonder softly at first to yourself, “Is this it, is this all there is”. You are very dissatisfied and frustrated. During this stage the feelings of worry cause doubts which cause fear which creates anxiety. When this anxiety is not kept in check depression can follow and you now are chronically frustrated. You begin to fill as if your life has no meaning, no purpose, no one loves you and why bother no body cares anyway! This is a very dangerous place to be, and seeking help should be your immediate focus. Stage 3 – is when you believe and have a strong faith that you can be, do and have more. That your life does have purpose, meaning and that the world is better because you are in this space. The process of moving from Chronically Frustrated and moving toward Freedom can be lengthy and painful. It is not impossible; in fact, it is very simple. The very first step is to acknowledge where you are right now; take responsibility for where you are – not blaming yourself – that is different; we are just accepting that ok, we are here on the map of life and what we have done in the past is gone we are ready to figure out the rest, our passion, our purpose, and we accept the responsibility for making our life the best we can be. While there are many steps involved moving toward Freedom this is the most important and you are now ready to embrace your situation, create and implement your own life plan. Think of this part of your life this way and remember this little acronym: BIR = I was blissfully unaware, came out of my ignorance to my potential and now take responsibility for my life and actions. B = Blissfully Unaware I = Ignorant to my Potential no more R = Responsible for My Life and Actions
