10 June 2017 Form 10E requires your employment details and the income details for which you claiming the relief u/s.89(1) such as advance or arrears salary, gratuity, pension and compensation which ever is applicable. form 10E can be submitted online in income tax website by using your PAN login

10 June 2017 thanks for your reply, Sir I know Arrear amount but d'nt know for which years arrear. can i submitted this form without such details

10 June 2017 we should knew the arrears pertains to which previous year, then only you can calculate and file the form 10E
