please let me know wheter sales promotaion expenses included while calculating FBT AND also whether drivers salary included in conveyance for FBT.

21 January 2009 Yes, Sales Promotion Expenses are liable to FBT.DRiver's salary is taxable in the cluase (H) of sub-section (2) of section 115WB i.e, Repairs & Maintenance of Motor Car.
