15 July 2009 Dear Sir,

In Current Budget , FBT cancelled . But Budget held in July 2009. But What about first qtr .) Apr 09 to June 09.

About Payment of FBT for 1 Qurter what should be do ??

15 July 2009 If you already made payment of FBT (Q1) then you can claim as refund when you filed your co ITR or can also adjusted with advance tax of Co.

and if FBT is still payable, hence, in this case, you don't need to be paid any tax in favor of FBT.
