We've paid freight for our freight consignments, which has already included the service tax. We've pacca payment receipts from them, who are registered under GTA/ST. Recently, when audit team of ST has pointed that they require that this freight operator has paid this service tax to concern department or not? How we know that?
And whether they're not paid to concern ST to the department, how we'll liabile this? to ST.
