First you required to take stamp paper according to your state stamp act and construct the partnership deed .
secondly get registered with the register of firm .
Thirdly get PAN card on basis of certificate issued by register of firm .
as well as open bank account on basis of certificate of firm registration and partnership deed .
(Bank operation provided on basis of clause mentioned in partnership deed)
Then you firm come to existence.
