i want to submit document at registrar of firmson behalf of my client who have partnership firm. i want format of that author\ity letter
I, ___________S/o __________ Aged _____the partner of M/s _______________having principal place of business at _______________ do hereby authorize Shri ______________as our attorney to present the required documents with the Registrar of Firms.
Whatever legal formalities will be made by him on behalf of our firm; shall be binding on us.
