16 March 2018 Dear All, I have applied for my membership number after clearing my CA exams in Nov 2017. However, the ICAI has a query regarding the course of B.com which was done by me during my articleship and I had not submitted Form 112. Will this query affect my membership with ICAI? Will the Articleship be considered and not revoked? What reason should I give for delay for filing of Form 112 to get condonation? Please help!

17 April 2018 Strictly speaking, this can be an issue as you are supposed to take prior permission before doing any other course. But practically, if you write a letter humbly requesting to condone your mistake, it is normally approved. Good luck!
