05 December 2012 We had intimated a change of address through Form ST 1. I would like to know what are the documents that have to be submitted as a proof of address change and where it has to be submitted?

05 December 2012 Any proof of new address ie telephone bill / light bill / if Rent agreement then Vera Bill + Ownership proof / shop and establishment proof
