12 March 2015 I am an importer and domestic trader of goods in India.I import from Party A and Sell to Party B.Please guide me how to fill up form RG-23D and where to give detail of Party A,Party B and self.

12 Rate and amount of duty (both words and figures)

13 March 2015 Use Annexure-13B prescribed in the CBEC manual for quarterly returns to be filed by Ist/IInd stage dealers/and importers.

You need to have separate registrations as Importer for imported goods and Ist or IInd stage dealer for domestic goods and file returns registration-wise.


14 March 2015 Sir please tell me the difference between point no.2,3 and 8,9

14 March 2015 In which column of form we should give the importer detail from whom we imported the goods.
