Please urgent reply: Whether the details in form no 24q will be submitted to all
those employees who's salary exceeds Rs. 1,60,000/- without giving any deduction
or details of those employees submitted
who's salary after allowing deductions
is above Rs. 1,60,000.
Secondly form No 16 to be issue to all
employees who's salary Exceeds Rs. 1,50,000/-

11 June 2010 Details needs to given only if net total income i. e. gross total income - deduction under chapter VI - A of employee crosses the taxable limit whether or not TDS has been deducted from the employee.
