19 September 2009 Dear Sir,

Can we issue form no. 16 for employee who has not eligible for Income Tax and also we have not deducted any TDS from his salary For F.Y. 2008-09?

19 September 2009 if the tax has been deducted under section 192 then only you can issue form 16 otherwise you cannot issue the same.
