2.How much time it will take for giving me order(Written copy of their acceptance)for the same.

28 August 2010 I think then u belong to Mumbai where form 13 is accepted by TDS ward.

You can apply there and it usually takes 3 - 4 weeks to get the certificate depending upon the amount of TDS on which lower deduction is asked for.
