hi, i'm filing the form no 108 with delay fee. i got a doubt about the payee ie on whos name DD should be taken and PAYABLE will be chennai or new delhi, as i am regd in southern regional centre. its of urgent. thanks in advance

Hi Ramesh DD for form 108 is to be taken in favor of The Secretary, The ICAI, Payable at Chennai in ur Case. Rs100/- if the delay is within 30days from due date.
