We got approval of Form 1A for availability of name on 14/1/2012, and conducted EGM on 8/2/2012 and filed form -23 on 20/2/12 for registering resolution for the same.
Within how many days we have to file Form 1B from date of approval of Form 1A
28 February 2012
90 days of general Meeting held to effect such change

So eventhough Form 1A validity is for 60 Days only we have to conduct AGM within that 60 days and file Form 1B within 90 days of AGM ,correct?

try to conduct the General Meeting ASAP. File 23 thereafter within 30 days and then only file form 1B.
Form 23 must be preceded to form 1B.

Form 1A approval letter from ROC stating 'proposed name cannot be made available for a period exceeding 60 days and this approval does not grant any kind of privilege"
Whether this means that we have to file FORM 1B also within that 60 days.
