Form 9 regarding "c" form

14 September 2014 can any one tell me,,, is form 9 required to be file by every dealer?It is mandatory for every dealer under DVAT?

14 September 2014 I think Form 9 is not required. You should have declared the interstate purchase in your monthly/quarterly return. Then you can 'C' form online from DVAT website....mjk
