05 June 2009 If any loan accepted towards loan from bank(wheather loan A/c or Savings A/c) and repaid the same for more than Rs.20000/- is it necessary to be disclosed under clause 24 (a) (b) of form 3CD

As section 269SS specifically excluded financial institutions.
