08 January 2013 I incorporated one private limited as on 27th Nov 2012. First Board meeting done on 26th Dec 2012 and directors are re-appointed on said date. Is required to upload Form 32 once again??

No, in this case no need to file Form-32. You are only take in to account of the details of first directors in Board Meeting.
