13 May 2011 Dear ALl,
Director resigned on 10th May 2011, in form 32 date resignation date is wrongly written as 01st May 2011 , copy of resignation with correct date is also attached with form 32.

Now what we have to do ?
Whether these error impact on work done by this director during 1st may to 10th may ?

13 May 2011 In my view it will be best to file the form 32 again with correct date. The old e-form will get canceled and the new one will take effect. Otherwise a problem may arise.
Views of other experts also envisaged.
