31 January 2014 While filing F-32 for a pvt. ltd. co. we have 3 options i.e. promoter, professional and independent director.

Please tell which option to choose if a new director is appointed not related to promoter in any manner?

Is it mandatory for Professional Director to have professional qualification?

01 February 2014 Independent category is not allowed to choose in Private Limited Co., so in your case you have to choose either promoter, and if he is a professional, then select Professional.
