Form 23b transaction error

01 November 2013 My form 23b is not getting uploaded as it says some transaction error and pre scrutiny validations are reqiured.....can someone guide me in the procedure of check form,prescrutiny and signing.....or what else could be the mistake....does the size of the file have any importance here?

01 November 2013 in form 23B you supposed to attach only a sinle paged letter of appointment so it may not be a problem

did you clicked on check form and prescruitiny buttons properly...u need to save properly when you clicked on prescrutiny button

what ever problem with form will be reported to you by way of pop-up..at the time of clicking prescrutiny or check form buttons
