Yes. It was very much mandatory right from beginning. ROCs never used to bother for non filing of the same. Now it is system driven and hence become necessary. Nothing to worry about.

Yes, it is mandatory for all the Auditors to furnish Info. to the ROC.

the replies are not clear, my question is the F.No.23B is applicable to all the companies, i.e pvt limited, pub limited, producer companies or what?. some of professionals feel that it is applicable to public limited only. is it so?
