05 May 2010 I HAVE FILED FORM-2 FOR ALLOTMENT OF SHARES OF RS 11.00 LAKHS.IT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY ROC. BUT ACTUAL ALLOTMENT(AS PER BOARD RESOLUTION) SHOULD HAVE BEEN OF RS 10.00 LAKHS ONLY. NOW HOW CAN RECTIFY IT?
