I have applied for the name of a Pvt Ltd in Form 1A for which office needs to be open in Delhi so I filled the Registrar as NCT of Delhi therein..... but the same form 1A got rejected due to some reason. The main problem before me is that now I wanted to change the Registrar to U.P as client is opening office in noida now, instead of Delhi. While doing resubmission of the Form 1A with the changed registrar of the proposed pvt ltd company the form doesn't gets uploaded, it says the error as Registrar is Different cant be submitted. Please do suggest what needs to be done, I have to file the company name in the U.P only not in Delhi. Please do let me know can I use the payment done in old form 1A having jurisdiction as Delhi in the new form 1A having jurisdiction in U.P. or do I need to pay the amount of Rs1000 again for applying the name in U.P. jurisdiction and wasting my money in the form1A paid earlier.
As per my understanding, when you have filed Form-1A with Delhi ROC with a payment of Rs. 1000/- then the Delhi ROC have jurisdiction to take action on that. The action taken by Delhi ROC against your Form-1A is applicable to all over India, when you file again the Form-1A with other State, same rejection will be given by other ROC also, whether you file in Delhi ROC or Kanpur ROC.
I will suggest you to make correction accordingly in Form-1A as reason given by ROC and file with Delhi ROC.
Form-1A is applicable to all over India ROC when you file in any State.
If you want to file Form1A, please file new Form1A with some modification in name.

Sir Thanks for your reply.... I would like to tell you that I have already corrected form1A but this time I want it to submit to the ROC of U.P instead of ROC of Delhi as I wanted to have my principal place of business in U.P now and not in Delhi as earlier decided. Sir let me tell u the problem in detail....
"Intitally my Board of Directors wanted to have principal place of Business in Delhi so I aplied From 1A in ROC-Delhi and paid the fee of Rs.1,000/-, for some reason my Form 1A got rejected in the same time Board of Directors have decided to start its business from Noida. Now this time I have corrected form 1A as suggeted by the ROC-DELHI and wanted to apply in the jurisdiction of the ROC-Kanpur so that I need not pay Rs.1,000/- again to the ROC-Kanpur" I request you to please let me know do I have to again pay Rs. 1,000/- to the ROC-Kanpur. I already tried to to submit Form1A to the ROC-kanpur against the same SRN as generated by delhi, but the form doesn't gets uploaded and shows the error as the Jurisdiction of the roc is different plese make the correction.
