I have downloaded “FORM_16A_PDF_CONVERTER” after login TAN from TIN Website. After unzip there are two file PDF Converter Utility & Start_Form16A_Utility. On opening “Start_Form16A_Utility “ an DOS window open that not working anything. How I convert PDF file.

dear, when you unzip the file at particular location go to that location and click on these unzip files then a window open in which u have to fill the details and then form16a will be downloaded.
