i have deducted tds u/s 94 c. the deductee name is xyz co.,a propreitorship concern.

Now whose name i have do disclosed in tds return and form 16 a purpose.

06 February 2012 The name of the proprietor should be mentioned .. as PAN is assessee based and not on the firm name.
