Can anyone tell me whether it is necessary to have form 16 for ITR, if income is equal or below 1.5 lacs for F.Y. 2008-09.

23 July 2009 No. Only your income should match with the actual expense of the company if income below Rs. 150,000/-. Salary certificate would also do.
