Sir, Today I downloaded form 16 (Salaried Employees) from TRACES. But I observed that below Form 16 it was mentioned as see Rule 31(1)(b). I suppose that rule 31(1)(b) is for Form 16A and not for Form-16. For form 16 it should be see Rule 31(1)(a) . Am I right or misunderstood. Please clarify

you are correct. it should 31(1)(a) only.
