download Form 112 from icai.org fill it and take sign of your principal CA submit it to the Regional council of ICAI with a Simple condonation letter + Late fees of Rs.1000/- DD. Read Instructions to Form 112.

but the period has been made above for 1 year. Eyething the period is prescribed for 1 year with late fee. is it correct?
