late submission of form 108 beyond 30 days requires application for condonation along with some fine with form 108.can any body tell what should be written in the application....

My view is write the reasons on a simple paper for the delay and request for the condonation of the delay on the ground of the genuine reasons. Also, file the duly filled form along with that.
