Actualy somebody else registered my pan and not told me the password and other things related to registration, Now, when I'm going through forgotten password, password going to the email id of that person, whw is not reachable/contactable now, then how can I login?

u can opt second option E-filling acknowledgement detail then u can reset your password on spot.
