forgot to attach DD

16 March 2011 hi sir,, i forgot to attach the DD in IPCC MAY 2011 examination application form... today i was found my DD n i shocked to see it. its already too late,,, i called to chennai ICAI and told my query,, they told to send DD along with registration no, exam form no, all relevant form numbers...but my question is shall i get my hall ticket??

16 March 2011 Dont worry, you will get the hall ticket. But your result will be kept in withheld, until institute receives the DD.

Write a covering letter cleary and send the copy of Application form to the institute.
