Can a hotel/restaurant/resort avail set off or discount against the daily FOREX gain from foreigners with the purchase of capital goods from foreign.

What are the EPCG guideline for this ??

24 January 2012 Yes EPCG can be obtained by the hoteliers also.

Just refer FTP policy and procedure in the website of DGFT..
