our company which is pvt. ltd, can give unsecured loan to our foreign subsidiaries, & after some time the same can be convertible into equity.

15 September 2014 yes. but only under compliance with RBI regulations and you also need to take care of compliance with the regulations of the Company where subsidiary is located
