A newly formed Pvt Ltd Company having subscription money from USA. So what are the provisions to be comply with the RBI? Kindly give drafts documentation of the same and time limit of the same. Further any kind of annual intimation/s is required to be given or not in the said case with the RBI.

01 October 2011 There is some form FC not confirm required to submit with all the relevant document within 30 days with the RBI and in case excess of sectoral cap approval from RBI required to obtained before received any contribution.
