Sir, I my brother went to UK in Nov 14 on employment ( Indian company). and came back in Jan 2016 my question is. 1. How to calculate salary of FY 14-15 for ITR. 2 Also for FY 15-16. As of my knowledge for 2nd question we should not include foreign income in ITR since he is not in India for 182 day in that year. only Indian salary should have to include in ITR. Please tell me in details even for conversion of foreign currency to the Indian income.
