EROS 1100 transfer to spain for software up gradation charges, here there is any TDS or ST are applicable for this transaction. please give me advice.

For service tax crucial date is 1/7/2012. Going by place of provision of service, it will be made taxable in India. TDS u/s 195 is always required to be made in such cases.
11 November 2013
TDS u/s 195 as regards Income Tax Act shall be deductible , however you may get releif under DTAA.
