My query is if there is appreciation in one currency than other currency will depreciate at same percentage or not. And it will be calculated?

Depends over currency to currency and national economic condition to which currency belong.Be specific in your query ,so that proper reply can be posted you.

Not necessary that the appreciation / depreciation will be at the same %
Take an eg 1$=Rs 40 it means 1Re= .025$
now 1$ = Rs 41 ie 1 Re= .02439
appreciation =2.5% dep=2.439%
